Can not ACCESS my own money for 3 weeks now

Standard bank change my eplan to accsess acc.no notice recieved.humilation with debit card declined over and over.went to northgate branch during working hours and was informed to exchange card but cant help me after hour in que because ofline.went back saterday 27 april-bank closed but capitec was open.send friend with letter during week to collect card as i can not loose work hours.management called me said they will give card to friend. This weekend humaliated again in shops as new debit card is declined over and over.run to atm- card declined again- now that makes any client so angry that you will close all your business to standardbank and move somewhere that you have accsess to your own money!!!
