I was at the atm at hillbrow highpoint intending to draw R200. The transaction took eternity to process. I then got an error message on the printed slip saying we have encountered a problem.please contact the nerarest Fnb branch for assistance.this was yesterday the 21st at 18:11hours. However that amount was still drawn from our account as i checked my mini bank statement thereafter. I would like urgent feedback and clarity as to what happened and would like my money refunded with immediate effect.
