On the 17 February while in the possession of my Bank card, R500 rands was taken out of bank account.
On the 18 February I went to Absa bank in Bedfordview and opened a case of and was given a case reference number (2241704) and was told the case will be investigated and in about 2 weeks someone will call me and let me know what is going on. I called the bank after 2 weeks to find out what was going on and was informed the case was still being investigated and I called every week from there on. It has now being 6 weeks and no response from the bank. I called the bank on Thursday 28 March and was informed that my case was closed and no reason given. The manager at the branch told me she will called me on Tuesday and until now no response and this morning I called and no one could help me.
