Every week when I log on to the Internet banking I get an error message..." Authentication Failed. Please enter a valid access account number, user number and PIN" and sometimes when I call the call centre I get assisted and sometimes I don't. What is making me angry is that I am told this could be due to one of two reasons: 1. There are insufficient funds on my account or 2. The debit order did not go through when it was suppose to. Now in response to 1: There are always enough funds on my account so this is not a valid reason to block me. In response to 2: If the debit order does not go through, how is that my problem? All I want is to access my accounts on-line PLEASE... is that too much to ask?
