I have been phoned about 20 times and every day I receive an sms from credit rehabilitation! Every call I have informed the contact at Standard Bank Home Loans, that the bond payment has been paid. Only to be told there is a technical error and they apologise, and they will sort it out. And then I receive a call the next day telling me that we have not paid, only to got though the same process again. What is wrong with standard banks processes that they can waste 3 weeks phoning and smsing good standing customers, due to "technical problems". Sort it out! I do hope this is not affecting our credit rating. If there were not legal fees to transfer our home loan to FNB, I would have done so 5 years ago, as the service we receive from FNB is worlds apart from Standard Bank!
