Bad Business Practice

FNB is unable to supply a receipt for services rendered using the FNB app.
This is unacceptable. As a business you have to supply a receipt for services rendered especially when VAT is charged.

How am I supposed to provide proof of purchase and a vat amount when I conduct my affairs with SARS.
