I called in August to get a Settlement amount on my loan account, the consultant gave me the amount of R664.15. I paid the amount and now I apparently still owe about R1400. How on earth do you get that amount?? My August statement shows a balance outstanding of R1630.98 and I was in advance of R1198.13, i then paid the R664 so where does the R1400 come from? The call centre conveniently cant trace the call made in August and the team leader, Mr Moodley, 011 354 5032 does not answer his phone. Please can the call where the settlement amount was given to me be traced so that this can be resolved. All calls are recorded! I will not be held responsible if I was given the incorrect information.
