I was given an incorrect settlement amount

I phoned Totalsport call centre on the 7th December 2012, to check my settlement amount. I spoke to Delyn, he told me that the settlement amount is R2 589, 02. My partner made an electronic payment of that amount on the 9th of December 2012. On the 11th of December 2012, I did a follow up on the payment made, and I spoke to Rivonia and she told me that Delyn gave me a wrong amount, the settlement amount is R2 915.37. When I chellenged her (Rivonia), she gave me an attitude, then she transfered me to the customer service department and I spoke to Matthew. On the 14th of December 2012, I made another follow up, spoke to Belinda, then spoke to Rivonia, and Karren (who told me that I owe R4 100.00). Charlene transfered my call to the customer services and I spoke to Claudia, who transfered me to her Supervisor (Ashley). Ashley told me that I owe R349, 15. What disturbs me the most is each person you transfered to, you explain yourself every time. They saying their calls are recorded, but they refused to trace the initial call I made and spoke to Delyn. I'm very dissapointed and dissatisfied about their service and call centre. Total amount I paid this far is R3 138, 17.
