Ad service and training needed

I called in on Tuesday and was given a settlement amount for my loan and called in again on wednesday to make sure that it was still the same amount that i was given, I made a payment on the amount that I was given only to call back again just to hear that it was the balance not the settlement amount when i specifically asked for the settlement amount, then I was given an amount for my insurance for R355 that was outstanding and i paid it off, and then when i called to have my account closed and then i was given an amount of R57.62 which was also outsanding, I paid it off and when i called again to see if my account was fully paid, im told its on a credit balance for the same R57.62 that I made, and when i look at my statement today i see my normal monthly installment was deducted, so i call in now requesting a refund because my account is suppose to be closed im told by a guy named tokollo that i cannot be helped over the phone and i must go the branch!! like really is this service I am so angry with this, like this is by far the worse service I have recieved by STANDARD BANK EVER!
