I have on numerous occasions been given this number 0860111903 as being the estates department number - AND the automated answering voice confirming that it IS estates - and it is NOT.
How am I suppose to get in touch if no one knows where your admin department dealing with account closure for deceased estate is located???

I have been given 3 different numbers an no one is correct.

I find FNB usually very efficient but this is very unsatisfactory. Please furnish me with the correct contact details!
