Breach of Contract and what explanation why?

Good day Hello Peter, We Urgently need your assistance with our complaint.
My wife and I applied for a bond house through Cosmopolitan and received approval from Ned bank on the 16 July 2013. We received a confirmation email from Belinda Leffler who is a Nedbank Home Loan representative employee advising us that our home loan had been approved and what we needed to do was to get an insurance cover, which we did. We signed approval documents on the 18 July 2013 received from Belinda Leffler and o n the 23 July 2013 we received a confirmation from Vusi Mtshali that an instruction to register our house had been received by HENGST & MCMASTER attoneys with Ref no: Alicia/8002200588101/20130718 and power of attorney documents where signed on the 25 July 2013 as well as Deed of Sales. We where furious when we received a call from Marcia at Cosmopolitan last week Thursday to advise us that they can no longer proceed with our home loan because of a new condition that we must sell our existing house we bought years ago. We phoned Belinda again yesterday and she ecalated the query to her team leader but till today we did not receive any phone call or email for our complaint.
