I applied for the bond with Cosmopolitan early this year only (Extremely small house not even a dog can fit in that house) to find that no longer interested in the property, i phone the Attorney to and the lady by the Name of Stephanie said she still waiting for the application from the Cosmopolitan but so long i can send the E-mail and cc Cosmopolitan they will cancel the application, as instructed i did so and also phone the agent Mr. Masilo but no respond until today. Now im busy with another bond application i can't get it approved because of their bad service. According to the Attorney i can send an email and they can cancel it but the way it is i will be paying the cancellation fee because of their BAD SERVICE. The manager at the cosmopolitan after i complain about all this he said 'its ok i wll look at the matter and get back to you', but he does not have my numbers or even my name for that matter.
