I was involved in an accident while I was home (Eastern Cape). My insurance company took my car for repairs and arranged car hire for me to come back to Joburg. I was supposed to go back to EC and fetch my car. The consultant (Neo Lephoto) who was handling my claim arranged for my car to be transported to Joburg and she kept me updated about the progress of the repairs.
