Failure at attempt to make payment arrangement

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pay my car's instalment for September and October. I have e-mailed Standard Bank, I've phoned various numbers (ranging from Credit Rehabilitation to Stannic to Customer Assist), and even contacted the bank through their Facebook page. All to no avail. I just want to make a payment arrangement so that my car is not repossessed. I was told due to being staff (ex staff, actually), no one at the call centre can help me, and that "somebody" would contact me. Due to the nature of my work, I cannot take calls during the day. Which I told them. So I have missed calls, a car that hasn't been paid, and too much anxiety about this.
