This is the second time I have had to ask what is happening to my claim. Therefore there is a pattern here and I find it unacceptable.
I sent in a claim to the Petsure Team almost 3 weeks ago. I got a system generated e-mail acknowledging the claim and now I am being flatly ignored.
It's interesting that you have no problem deducting money off my bank account monthly but to get any reaction from the team needs me to lodge a complaint. The last time I sent an e-mail and got an apology and finally the pay-out. This time I am making it official.
Please sort this out as your service is pathetic!
