Its Standard Bank again... I know I have an in arrears, arrangement made account. I know That because of this I will receive A call every month to CHECK if I can make extra payments.
No I cannot commit myself to any extra commitment> I can make ad hoc payments when I have any available cash. Sorry WHY, because I do not have any exta spare cash just laying around.
Standard Bank PLEASE give your staff some training. I am not a criminal... I am not going to run away I received X5 calls in 4 days???...I will pay my account.
I wish I had never ever had any dealing with Standard Bank. But when I did bank there and had money... no problem...
Oh and PLEASE, tell the people who try and run your call centre, to answer the phone. So often I answer their call, I can hear them on the other end, and they put the phone down???
