How can't we help you

After banking for 10 months and depositing over R 20 000 per month in FNB savings account, they now say we do qualify for a loan of R20 000 but then reject it due because the salary was paid in the wrong account. They can not see into a savings account only in a cheque account that money was paid into their bank,

I am certain the other banks must be laughing so I must move on to a bank the CAN HELP ME

i needed the money urgently as my mothers sister in Pretoria is diagnosed with cancer and I have to send her here from Cape Town to help her at home
