I have been insured with Outsurance for a year now. Had the misfortune of a motor accident claim which was not my fault - in fact they are busy with litigation to recover the cost from the other party. I just received a notice that my insurance premium has been increased by 33% percent. I contacted the call centre and was advised that I get a normal 8% increase plus a 25% penalty as I had a claim and they cannot reduce my premium. This is unacceptable! They do not advertise this when they claim they are he cheapest insurance available. Absolutely shocking Outsurance! I will take this even further than Hellopeter - think the media should make sure clients know how Outsurance function!
