Violation of the Customer Protection Act

Inquiries setup an appointment with a consultant for me to resolve a matter. Coming for my appointment on Tuesday at 3:30pm the security guard did not want to let me in since the bank closes at that time. The branch manager Nikki Peterson shows up and tells me that the consultant does not know of an appointment.

I give my drivers license, cheque and credit card to the branch manager to look into my matter. Shortly after, one of the guards from the security company comes to the door with my credit cards in his hand. A while later, still standing in front of the bank, another security guard comes back with my drivers license and tells me that my accounts are closed.

I phoned the branch manager on her cell phone. During the conversation the phone was put down. I phoned back just to find out that I was speaking to the assistant previously and not the manager.

I file a complaint with the SB complaint resolution centre, receiving two different reference numbers: On the phone: 35998798. Seconds later I get another ref no. per SMS: 31858022.

Nothing happened, so I emailed the customer service twice which cannot find any complaint under the ref no. I am lost...
