So this bank decided to change my account from savings to access without my consent. Did not even notify me or let me know that I had to get a new card. Tried using my card yesterday and transactions were declined, major inconvenience. I am currently at the branch, been standing in the queue for an hour as if I have nothing to do. All they can say is in"sorry"
