Trying to switch to FNB. Day 7 now and still no luck. Had to cancel my application with FNB and reapply for my cheque account, which means I have to wait another 7-10 days. Unbelievable!!! If they promise to switch you in 10 min (like the website says) why am I still without an FNB account. Maybe STEVE is right. As consumers we want service, provide the service you promise. Follow up continuously with your customers until they are set and have received the products they require.
