FNB I.T. departtment have zero clue about spam!

Our email address has been blocked by FNB because it apparently is a fax to email!??? I cannot understand how the incompetent IT personnel at FNB could ever, but ever, mistake an email address as a fax to email address? Total incompetence must surely rule the FNB IT department or the fools that they have outsourced to do such a bad job! And how do we contact their IT department if they blocked our email as faxes? No logic.
