Switch to FNB only a click away - BS 3 weeks late

I wanted to switch to FNB around 3 weeks or more ago, I have not yet recieved my Cheque Card or any follow ups, I have called numerous times and they just say they will deliver, WHEN? I get the SMS's from the Delivery Company but never a delivery. Seriously I would rather stay with my current bank as they would never treat me like this, wha was I thinking switching to FNB... WHat a load of Bolloks, it is not hassle free it is pure hassle and a waste of my time. I will be calling FNB today to cancel my "Account" which doesnt exist.

NOT IMPRESSED!!! False Advertising, if you want to prove you are "better" than the other banks, LIVE UP TO WHAT YOU SAY!!!
