One of your advisors contacted me a couple of months ago to increase my credit limit I explained to her that i had a judgment listing and that i was no longer employed, she insisted that she try to see if my increase would be granted. The increase was approved! as I was unemployed and used my card to assist me with my monthly groceries. I got in touch with RCS in august this year as i was battling to make payments on my account. There was a payment of R4000 due on my account at this stage. I asked the consultant if it would be possible to place a permanent block on this account and if i would be able to pay R1000 a month until the balance has been paid up then i want the account to be CLOSED. i was told that i would need to pay the R4000 arrears for this to be made possible. I made 2 paymenst of R1000 and one of R2000 in september but now im told that i still cannot make this arrangement until i pay another amount of R4490.00. Everytime i call i need to explain the same thing to someone new, Does anyone there know what they are doing??? If i cannot make this arrangement i will go for debt councelling and pay you R200 a month!!!
