I have been a victim of identity, whereby someone used false documents of my ID and pay slip as well as bank statements to attempt to get a loan by Direct axis, the forged papers were done in such an amateurish manner that the bank account opened in my name at athens bank, alert their officials, to possible identity, they alerted direct axis who had already transfered the fund, fortunately the alertness of athens bank prevented the getting the money.
now as a result of this direct axis has listed me on some data base as a possible, which has negatively effect my financial profile from an excellent profile im now not able to request any credit from any institute.
this i believe is unfair for had they scrutinised the paperwork they got properly they would have seen the obviouse forgery of statements and ID, now i believe that Direct axis had been negligent in their busines and i have now to pay the price for their eagerness in to do business. i approached Direct Axis and was informed that they did a thorough research which i believe is a lie, they are churning out loans over a public media and should know the risks, i want this resolved ASAP
