Yesterday when I got home I got a huge surprise, I had a very nice gift from Ethel representing Miway who was handling my claim thanking me for being understanding and polite during the claims process. This really made me happy as it made feel special like I am more than just another client/number, Ethel you truly know how to maintain good relations with clients.
