My house was burgled on Tuesday, and I lost a lot of high-tech stuff. Pamela at MiWay was quick to respond to my claims, and she made sure I knew exactly what was expected from me. I never once had to follow up on my claim because I was being called 2 to 3 times a day to be updated. Being a relatively new insured person, having graduated recently, I was very surprised that the process was nto a hassle. I have heard so many negative things about insurance companies, but this was definately a great experience. Thanks to them I can go and collect all the items I claimed for already, 3 days after I claimed. Thank you for the great work Pam, it was a pleasure and very professioanlly handled.
