Dear Miway
It's a pity I cant say Miway its doing things right all it does is do things its own way.
I called yesterday after waiting for someone to call me back in regards to my car being fixed as the panel beaters that I was referred to by you can only fix my car in April. This is just a simple request that i should be sent documents (disclaimer) and use my own panel beater. But this seems to be falling on deaf ears as I don't understand why have i not received this document and we finalize things. It's bad enough that your investigation unit cannot make the third party that was involved in the accident to provide the necessary details for you to determine who was at fault. First this person claimed they were on vacation, and we had to wait for them to come back, now he is back and when you guys request his side of the story and the sketches he denies that he was at fault and he does not want to cooperate. Now am being told there is nothing that the investigation consultant can do if I don't mind I should go to the small claims court. At this point I feel so helpless. Please send what I need and let's get this over and done with. Things are going Ureway not Miway!
