> She lost all her salary and the bank promised to pay it back in 11days and they called to inform her that they won't pay she must just go to the police.

> What happened is that she received an SMS that her rica has expired. Her phone switched of a day before pay day. When she went to withdraw money there was nothing.

> I feel that bank should compensate her loss because is not her duty to protect money in her account. Now the bank is saying it's a legal problem that need the police but the police is not a bank, they have nothing to do with money in the bank.

> Please assist us to understand the clauses of the bank when it comes to this situations.
