Standard Bank

Took place on my account on the 30September2013 and I have all the proof that I immediately cancelled my card with card cancellation where I was on hold for more than 30minutes, and I even went to an ATM IN Dobsonville to put a stop card for my account and the next day I went to Dobsonville branch first thing in the morning and I took almost the hole day trying to fix what happened on my account and Nkululeko tried assisting me and gave me hope that forensic will refund my account as I have all relevant proof and he had no answers at that time and told me to wait 14business days which I did however today the 19th I'm being contacted to be told that I wont get any refund to atm withdrawals that I did not perform R4000 rand is a lot of money for me to just give it to Starndard Bank I will not accept this I will also move all my account to to other banks as all my investments are held with them however it shows that my money is not safe in their hands as a well known bank like that... Angry and cant even help it.
