I wen to the Capitec bank Dobsonville branch, it wasnt for the first time

First time: i wanted to know whats the requirements you need to open a new account and i was told that i need a proof resident which was great

2nd time i went to the branch with the proof of resident on that day i was told that i was suppose to bring an accoun that i pay every month & i was so

3rd time i brought an RCS statement and i was told that my address is not correct by another lady which is didnt have a name bedge? name tag, then i approached Sipho for the 2nd opinion and he told me the very same thing but he tried to justifier it with an ATTITUDE
