My Standard Bank card got swallowed by the Atm @ Dobsonville on the morning of the 29th Sep. I called in and stopped the card immediately but when I went to go get a new card on the 5th Oct. My bank statement was pulled and R2000 was taken out of my card at an ABSA unspecified Atm on the morning of the 30th Sep. I. Then advised the gent @ the enquires desk and all he did was put me on a phone which I then spoke to another gent who I explained my situation and was given a reference number and was told to wait 5-7 working days but then no one called or sent me any email so I then went back into the same Standard Bank at Dobsonville on the 13th Oct and was YET AGAIN got put on a phone which I then spoke to a lady who I explained everything once again and was given another reference number and she advised that she would get someone to call me on Monday! It is now Tuesday afternoon and I am waiting but all they do is call me about my Loan which the last debit order of R411 was supposed to be taken last month. I cannot belive how incompetent they have been! I've lost money and to them it may mean nothing but to me and my child its a whole lot!
