Had vehicle accident 2/2/13. Took vehicle to SSFC (Steering Suspension Fitment Centre) in Randburg to get a quote. Assessor was sent and signed off on quote. Vehicle was repaired but steering rack wasn't replaced as per quote. So vehicle went back in to have it fitted. Wasn't happy with repairs but was told its best that could be done. Drove vehicle for another 3 months when all of a sudden the steering was off. Took vehicle back to SSFC where vehicle sat for 2 months without any repairs being done. Assessment came back that gearbox mount was broken, rear axle shifted, etc. They suspected I hit something but I said it was from original accident. Broker got a forensic assessor out as I wasn't happy. Repairs where apparently done and picked up vehicle. No difference. Broker company (Smartcore) said it was out of their hands and weren't interested anymore. Took vehicle for another opinion and quote came back with multiple problems to the value of R21300! 30/0913, sent mail to M & F (Susan Walls) who forwarded email onto Jacinta Adams. 15/10/13 contacted Jacinta who was going to have a meeting with management. Mailed Susan 18/10/13 for managers details. No response! Next step: Ombudsman
