About a week ago I logged a query on the Mi Way website requesting someone call me to assist with a cancellation of my policy - I had obtained a more competitive quote from another direct insurer. Days go past without a call. I eventually decided to call in. After being made to hold for 6 - 8 minutes while the "senior" consultant discussed the matter with her manager I was given a small discount - but nonetheless I elected to stay. The consultant then confirmed that they would forward me a copy of my new policy. Today I get a mail from Mi Way with my re rate - that has pushed by premium far above the original premium I had. Can someone please tell me what is going on there?
