In April 2005 me and husband (now ex) had to go under administration. One of the accounts was a Blue Bean Credit card. Since my divorce in October 2008, I have been paying the full amount ordered by the court even though my ex is suppose to pay 50%. He just said he does not have a job and left me paying this mountain of debt. In the mean time I have worked hard and have been able to buy my own house and 2 cars. Yesterday I applied for a 2nd bond to fix my house (that was a bank repo house that needs a lot of work) and got told it is declined due to "my Blue Bean account". How can they put this account on Transunion if it is under a administration court order? This case is now 8 years old and for 8 years I have paid to the attorneys. I do not think this is fair as this was not on my record 1 year ago when I pulled a credit report. I need this removed immediately and my credit report updated. Once again Standard Bank has showed me why I closed all my accounts and moved to another bank.
