Bad Service continues - Disgusted client

Service at Absa is shocking. NO response since Nov. Absa provided info. to a third party regarding my settlement with them. My car settlement letter was sent to a dealership without my consent. The car was paid of. A Month latr Absa advised incorrect letter was provided due to a pmt received from another party. Received a letter from Absa on behalf of claiming party claiming for a sum owed by me to them and Absa's statement reflects that I owe them the money. I have been trying to find out for 3 months why was my information given to the dealership without my consent as my husband was purchasing a vehicle and not me?? No answers, no apology. The incorrect figure / letter impacted my financial status as another car was purchased in the interim. The value of R42k is outstanding by me to the 3rd party / ABSA, pls confirm. Why has this taken a month after the incident to pick up and rectify, why must I pay for sum1 elses mistake. Interest in now accruing on the Absa statements which was reopened. I submitted a query to the actionline 3/12/2012 and no response. Non of my statements reflect the R42k that Absa consultant has mentioned I should have seen on my stmt n queried
