Can I please have my money

On Sunday I tried to book a flight online on the kulula website, I processed the payment after booking but it didn't't go through and on my side the money was deducted on my account only to find that kulula didn't't receive my payment hence my flight was not booked. I had to drive to the airport to book which cost me a trip and an extra R80. Now my money is not back in my account its been 4 days and today I went to Game City FNB to reverse my money back into my account but Chamaine told me that the money will be put back into my account after 7 days, I don't think its fair that I have to wait for R669 for 12 days, which is not my fault I just used my card to book for my flight now I'm R669 short and had to spend extra money to get this booking done. Can someone please help I need the money, I'm not employed and have a lot to do with this cash being held at FNB. I also spoke to Sfiso @ FNB who told me the same thing.
