[URL Removed] is absolutely pathetic. Try and book a flight and pay for it, nearly impossible if you do not have a credit card!!! I booked a flight, went to the payment page just to receive a msg that there was a pricing error. When I returned to the booking page the price went up from R931 to R2380. How is this possible? Are the seats lined with Gold? I tried to book alternative flights and tried using SID. Again no luck. I called the SID helpdesk, was helped by an even more incompetent person and after asking to please be helped by someone else (this took about 5 mins.) was told they could not assist. Kulula call centre just shrugged shoulders and said I must re-book. Again I went back to the bookings page and jet again the price went up to R1500. This is absolutely the worst service ever. And the fact that we as South Africans just have to take this blatant exploitation in prices is appauling!! Yes Kulula, you definitely love our money. you will never see my money again.
