System glitch and I have to pay the price for it!

After such a beautiful break in the Mother City, my flight booking drama had to break the beautiful flow...

So I book my flight back to Joburg for the 21 June via Kulula and as I check out and confirm payment, there's a weird glitch with the screen and I'm like ah, ah, what just happened there. I look closely and I see the date says 27 not 21! I'm like oh no, that's not good. I send an e-mail - no response. I then call this morning and a lady tells me that it will be an extra R900 to change my fight booking. I'm like what? I just went for the cheapest flight because I'm trying to save money - I don't have two grand to spend on a local flight, are you being serious?! She doesn't budge. I ask to speak to someone else that I can reason with. There's no one. What if that was my last money, what if I didn't have accommodation until the 27? What if what I said happened, REALLY IS what happened? What then? I'm like, these things are machines, they make mistakes and have glitches! She says, sorry ma'am, you either have to wait and take that flight on the 27th or pay the R900...
I have never had trouble before with bookings, but this was just unnecessary extra money and no one cared!
