Poor customer service

I lodged a request for assistance to claim costs for repairs to my car on 15 June 2012. I work in Lephalale, Limpopo; Scorpion referred me to an attorney in Thabazimbi some 131kms away. I did two return trips to the attorney's office and submitted the paperwork requested.
I then waited for feedback. I called the attorney's office to follow up; initially they told me they were waiting for authorisation from Scorpion. After authorisation they told me they were trying to locate the culprit. I waited. Finally they told me they submitted the documents to the courts via their correspondent who is based in Lephalale and thereafter the story was the documents have been submitted to the magistrate, they are waiting for him/her to make an order/issue a summons.
I made several follow up calls and was given the same story every time. I last spoke to a Scorpion representative based in Durban in February 2013 and I conveyed my dissatisfaction, she dropped the phone on my ear and couldn't give me a reason why my claim was not resolved. I am disappointed at their dismal customer service. They rob me of my premiums every month! Till today there's been no feedback or resolution- how pathetic!
