Due to poor business, strikes for instance, my business 's bottom line and sales went rockbotttom. Cash flow is bad and to survive we had to try and use the cash we got to buy stock to deliver to stay
in business. So i arranged with my debtors, Frist Card, to pay them as soon as I got better sales.which will be next month.
FNB Card Division decided a few months back to transfer my money to the card division irrespective of my arrangement with them. It happened yesterday again. I Have no control over my money as they deduct what ever they decide to do. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WORD HUMAN RIGHTS? I Feel strongly that is very unprofessional from a leading bank in South Africa to do something like that. I Am a FNB client for more than 30 YEARS, but that doesn't mean anything to them.'What does the phrase''HOW CAN WE HELP'' means to me? I Am very disappointed, to say the least.
