30 years loyalty doesnt buy service

On 26/8/2013 an amount of R689.98 was taken from my current account as a stop order. After queering said transaction i was told that collections in gauteng on advice from Card division had decided to load my account with a stop order to pay for my wife's credit card. I did not give the bank authority to deduct money from my account. Also as an insult i was charged an honouring fee of R120. Credit card division will not discuss this matter with me as it concerns my wife's business. She has phoned them and they promised to give her proof as to why they did it. In desperation i went to the De Grendel branch and logged an official complaint Ref No 55024841 . A week has gone past and still no word from the bank, no apology, no proof, no respect. What the bank did was and they dont care for someone who has been a customer for 30 years. PHOEY
