NOT GETTING A RESPONCE

I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPITEC AND WHEN MY CONTRACT AT WORK ENDED THAT IS WHERE MY PROBLEMS STARTED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING ON NUMEROUS TO GET THROUGH TO THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT REGARDING MY ACCOUNT BUT NO ONE IS HELPFUL. I WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I CANNOT EVEN GET THE DEBT COLLECTORS DETAILS FROM THEM. IT IS NOW SAFE TO SAY MY ACCOUNT HAS ACCUMULATED SO MUCH INTEREST AND YET NO RESPONCE OR ANYTHING FROM CAPITEC. THIS IS A RIPOFF AND THEIR SILENCE IS ALSO SICKENING.
