Unhappy with sassa service

I am so disappointed and hurt as to why Sassa is treating us like this, I'm an unemployed mother and I do NOT have any source of income therefore I'm relying on the child support grant to help me with my 1year old baby. I last received grant In october, in november I didn't get it so I called the call centre and I spent about R80 airtime on that call because there was no answer, eventually there was an answer I explained my problem and was told to go to Sassa Maponya with my I'd copy, baby's birth certificate and an affidavit stating that I am receiving grant for my child, i went to Sassa the qeues were ridiculous however I waited because I really needed the money after 6hours of waiting I was told I have to come back on thursday for the finger prints, I did so my baby's finger prints were captured, documents were submitted but I still did not receive the grant even this month, I really don't know what I should now I have been calling the call centre since 10am this morning but all I am getting is an automated voice R60 airtime gone, I also tried the Regional office but only music is playing no answer. Please help I need the money to support my child. Precious
