Hi

I wrote to "Grant Enquiries" to enquire about my wife and my grants. They did say it is in payment. The problem is that I did send an e-mail to the company that handles their payments and they did give them their due phone me back but said that they cannot transfer the money until I obtain a SASSA card. To me this seems like duplication of work as most people just do straight credit transfers. I was given some numbers by "Grant Enquiries" to phone namely (0835990227/0729023181/0798039222/0118251156). With the cell numbers I got a voice mail and left messages I'm still waiting a reply. With the land line a lady answered the phone and asked if it was my first application which I told her it was she said I had to contact someone else although she did not tell me who, because I assumed that this land line belongs to the Benoni office. Also what they must realise that their offices unlike banks where you can pick up your card are not just around the corner but can be many kilometres from where people live.
