Unfairly treated, felt like a

GOOD DAY

YESTERDAY I WENT TO MY BRANCH SYNNYPARK (FNB) TO ASK THAT MY ADDRESS BE CHANGED TO MY NEW RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. THE TREATMENT I GOT WAS SO UNFORGETTABLE.

MY HUSBAND AND I JUST BOUGHT A PROPERTY THAT WE MOVED IN THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH OCTOBER AND I HAVE BEGIN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING MY ADDRESS WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT I SUBSCRIBED WITH INCLUDING MY BANK FNB. UNFORTUNATELY FNB REFUSED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THIS IS NOW FORCING ME TO COMPLAIN SINCE MY BANK STATEMENTS WILL BE SENT TO ADDRESS THAT I NO LONGER RESIDE AT 203 GRANADA FLAT, 635 CHURCH STREET, ARCADIA. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ME IS THAT MY BANK STATEMENTS AND SAVINGS STATEMENT WILL BE COMING TO OTHER PEOPLE ADDRESS SINCE THE I ADDRESS I USED WAS A RENTAL FLAT. THIS I FEEL WILL COMPROMISE MY FINANCIAL PRIVACY THANKS TO MY BANK FNB.

IT IS NOT FAIR. CAN SOMEONE AT FNB WHO WILL CARE TO LOOK INTO MY MATTER PLEASE CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS ADDRESS TO 9 SWELLENDAM AVENUE, WIERDAPARK EXT. 2, CENTURION, 0157. THIS ADDRESS CAN ALSO BE CROSS CHECKED WITH THE BOND REGISTERED ON BOTH MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF (3000013466091). PLEASE STOP BEING TOO SO BUREAUCRATIC!!!
