For 2 years I have been trying to get my bond statements from ABSA, once a year the Auditors call for statements to do the financial, so I only realise every time at that time they haven't changed my address yesterday I called the call centre to change the address, was told to go into branch, parking a fair distance from the bank as their parking facilities are inadequate, I am told they do not deal with Trust I explain it is a bond account but in a trust, they tell me they don't deal with trusts I have to go to the building across the road, after signing in at the building then been redirected to the building on the opposite side I eventually get there and I tell them I need to change my address on my bond account which is in a Trust, they tell me I have to go across the street because they only deal with Estates I go back, they say the other trustee must bring his ID I get my husband out of a meeting to bring his ID, in the meantime I send my daughter in law to go to a meeting I had to be at, she goes off with my brief case with my ID, in the meantime, the Lady who took a copy of my ID has gone for lunch. 12.30pm to 2pm and my address isn't changed
