Saturday night my boyfriend and I were at Emperor's. The casino was busy and full of people. We had a question and went to the Customer Service desk. Thembi was on duty. It was really late at night, and Thembi was manning the desk alone. Despite this the queue moved quickly as she helped everyone efficiently. On top of this, she was smiling and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our question was answered promptly and we were on our way, our evening made more pleasant by the experience of dealing with Thembi.
