Making the customer happy

Came in for an upgrade to three handsets on Monday 24 June. Mtn Wcape were offline so no upgrade possible. thembi took my details and kept me posted through the day and contacted me on Wednesday 26 June to say they were back online. Rudy from Nokia gave equally excellent service and we agreed that we would go for 3 lumia 520's. unfortunately we did not tell this to thembi so when I came in at the pre arranged time of 10 am, there was only one handset available. The branch near wimpy had 13 sets but after an hour and a half I was told the supervisor there was not going to supply century city with the ime numbers for thembi to process and for me to then go and collect. Yassen spoke to his supervisor who arranged specially to go to Parow to collect from a branch willing to help the customer. Orchids to you all for going the extra mile and making the customer happy. I left at 6 pm with all three phones fully operational - thanks to top help from thembi and Rudy.
Branches of Mtn must understand the customer does not want to be inconvenienced and I had already been so on monday thanks to a fault out of their control. Onion to the canal walk branch for shocking service delivery
