PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DONT EVEN HAVE

ABSA DOES NOT WANT TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. i HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS. THERE IS A SERVICE FEE FROM ABSA THAT THEY ARE CHARGING AFTER THEY PROMISED FROM THE RETENTION DEPARTMENT I WILL NOT PAY ANY SERVICE FEE. THE OTHER DEDUCTION WAS WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT BUT THAT PACKAGE DOES NOT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE EVENTHOUGH ABSA IS STILL DEDUCTING THE MONEY FOR YEARS NOW (ALSO AN INVESTIGATION ABSA DID THAT TOOK LONGER THAN THE PROMISED 2 WEEKS TO FIND OUT IT IS ABSA THEMSELVES NOT A THIRD PARTY). THEY ALSO REPORTED MY CARD INSTEAD OF STOPPED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT NO I HAVE TO PAY THAT FEE AS WELL AND ABSA BANK CUT UP MY CARD IT IS NOT . IF THIS DOES NOT GET SORTED OUT I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND I WILL TAKE IT TO THE MEDIA HOW CAN YOU NOT STOP YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE SENDING ME UP AND DOWN FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT AND LISTING TO ALL RECORDINGS OVER AND OVER?
